A1: Yes. The side seam features micro-welding technology reinforced with an ultra-durable liquid or powder stripe coating. This allows the hermetically sealed container to transition seamlessly from hot-filling to sterilisation (retorting) at temperatures up to 121°C without losing its internal vacuum.

Q2: Does the internal coating contain Bisphenol A (BPA) or other regulated synthetic ingredients?

A3: We offer various customised internal coating options, including advanced "BPA-NI" (BPA Not Intentionally Added) coatings and specialised non-epoxy organosol coatings. All options strictly comply with EFSA and US FDA standards for materials in direct contact with food.

Q3: What are the primary bulk packaging methods for overseas shipping?

A3: To maximise shipping efficiency, we arrange the empty cans neatly on commercial wooden pallets with divider sheets between layers. They are secured with vertical plastic strapping and fully wrapped in heavy-duty heat-shrink film to protect the steel from moisture caused by condensation during sea transport.

Q4: Can the can height be customised for the 83mm diameter tooling?

A4: Yes. Using our existing 83mm diameter tooling, we can adjust the can height between 90mm and 150mm to achieve various capacities without incurring new tooling development costs.
