1. What is the metal proofing fee?

Metal proofing is a specialized process designed to produce precise, color-accurate results directly on tinplate; the finished proof differs significantly from standard paper proofs. Since this process operates independently of the mass production line, it incurs specific processing costs.

2. What printing process do you use for tin cans?

We utilize professional metal offset printing with a full CMYK color system. Designs are first printed onto large sheets of tinplate, which are then cut into smaller sections before undergoing stamping and final shaping.

3. What is tinplate? Do your tins meet food safety standards?

Tinplate is steel sheet electrolytically coated with a very thin protective layer of tin, making it a high-quality, safe packaging material. The interiors of all our food-grade tins are coated with a non-toxic, food-safe finish that prevents corrosion and material-food reactions, making them perfectly suitable for direct contact with cookies, candies, chocolates, nuts, and other food products.
